Adopt-A-Spot
What is it?
Volunteers choose a highly visible spot in the community and make a commitment
to keep it clean.
Adopt-A-Spot is NOT a city-funded program, no funds will
be provided locally. Improvements are made through donations and supplies from the volunteers themselves. The City will provide
trash bags, vests, safety equipment.
You can volunteer by yourself
or as a member of a group. Neighborhood businesses, community organizations, youth groups, churches and others may volunteer.
To volunteer, please fill out an application at City Hall and outline your
area of interest and your plans. For more information, call 595-8093 or email the Litter Abatement Officer.
